These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AppInsights website, dashboard, APIs, AI-powered features, and related services available through https://appinsights.online (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Services

AppInsights provides app growth and analytics tools for app publishers, marketers, developers, and businesses. Features may include app tracking, app listing analysis, competitor analysis, market discovery, review intelligence, AI rewrite suggestions, AI-generated app blueprints, dashboards, billing tools, and related services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- misuse the Services or interfere with their normal operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
- use the Services to violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- submit malicious code, automated abuse, spam, or content intended to disrupt the platform;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, resell, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law or with our written permission; or
- use AI-generated outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, compliance, or other regulated advice.

4. User Inputs and Outputs

You may submit inputs such as app URLs, competitor URLs, keywords, app ideas, prompts, or related materials. You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

The Services may return analytics, recommendations, summaries, drafts, or AI-generated outputs. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Because AI and third-party data sources may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated results, you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, product, or marketing decisions.

5. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Some features are offered through free or paid plans. Paid subscriptions and billing are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Feature access may depend on plan tier, subscription status, and available credits. Certain actions, including market scans, review analysis, AI rewrites, and AI blueprint generation, may consume credits. Credits, feature limits, and plan benefits may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing. You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until you cancel. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, branding, interface design, and proprietary content, except for content you lawfully submit.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any feature will remain available permanently.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that analysis results, AI outputs, app market data, competitor insights, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your intended use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppInsights and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk for us or others, or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
